I have been trading for more than 5 years and in my experience, IC Markets is one of the best trading platforms that I have used. I would rate it 8/10. As a scalper, it is extremely important for me that my broker provides all the necessary conditions for such meticulous work. IC Markets meets this requirement for me. The broker's orders closing speed is one of the fastest in the entire market, which is a definite plus. It does unfortunately have a high deposit, which is not something for beginner traders so they do lose out on the newcomers. And they have a complex and lengthy verification procedure. However, during the three years of trading with them, the broker has never let me down, so I highly recommend it.

But when i made a deposit by bank transfer, i forgot to put the reference required for them to recognise me. Not only rebates, but I have also been looking for any information regarding bonuses and promotions. But I can't find anything interesting about it or any information at all.

Honestly, I believe they can be perfect trading solutions for a lot of traders. But, there are some things that I believe could have been better. Frankly, I've found most download and login experiences with trading platforms a massive time-consuming headache. I think it might be very confusing for the new traders and they might have difficulty navigating this and that. But, customer service is always ready to help. So there is that.

I am still amazed at how considerate the customer support teams are! I am a new trader, naturally, I don't really understand anything about trading. Honestly creating an account really feels difficult for me, there are a lot of things I don't understand about it. Thankfully, customer service is really happy to help me. They coached me for 30 minutes throughout the account creation process. I really recommend IC Markets.

I make a deposit using credit cards a while ago. This is not my first time using this method to deposit some funds into my trading account. Usually, I don't have problems and my funds arrive safely. But for some reason these days I keep having trouble with it. It took about a week to settle this problem and I lost a lot of good opportunities because of it. I call customer support service but they sems can't do anything about it. This is such a shame for a broker as big as IC Markets. I truly hope they fixed this soon.

I want to know how much is the minimum lot on the raw spread account of IC Markets. I was looking for a good broker to start my trading journey with. So far I have found three brokers under ASIC regulations that suited my needs and IC Markets is one of them. However, considering I am still a new kid here, I want to start trading small lot first. I think it is the best way for me to mitigate the risk. So, if anyone could tell me all about it, that would be great.
