FXOpen Broker Testimonials

I recently deposited $50.00 through Skrill, but I was surprised to see that my account hasn't been credited yet. In my past experience with other forex firms, deposits made through Skrill were immediate. Today, I had to email FXOpen and attach the Skrill remittance advice to inform them about the issue. It's been quite troublesome.

Another concern I have is related to the firm's leverage policy. From what I know, the leverage for retail traders is only 1:30, but for big clients, it's 1:500. This seems backward to me. I think it should be the opposite.

Retail traders have limited capital, like my $200.00, so they should have at least 1:100 leverage. On the other hand, big clients who have significant volumes should be limited to 1:30 leverage to manage the higher risks involved. It's important for the company to carefully consider what's wrong with this policy and reassess the risk levels accordingly.

Probably on the top three of my favorite broker. The service is hella amazing, I can't find another word to describe it. The funny thing is, I switch to this broker from my old one because I got cheated (order not executed properly). Not in this broker tho, now I feel safe every time I place a market order because I know it will be executed.

So far I haven't found anything to complain yet. I guess I'm gonna go with 5-star review for now.

For me security, if one of the major factors before I decide to open an account with a broker. Sometimes, I checked what kind of security measures they use to protect our data and accounts. Aside from that, I also need to know if they apply for a segregated account and where it's located? I had the opportunity of experiencing how unprofessional brokers without segregated accounts are. 

I am forever grateful to the FxOpen customer service team. They saved my account from blowing, I was away and I did not have time to check my account only to come back and find my position negative. However, I am really glad that some of them were closed. Then I was able to manage my account from there.

Really happy with how quickly and swiftly the customer service handled this problem. If it weren't for their quick action, I wouldn't be able to save my account from bankruptcy.

They have a leverage and spread scheme that is quite competitive when compared to other brokers.

So far I don't have any problem with FXOpen. All is good.

Very reliable broker indeed. I think that FXOpen is one of the best brokers all around. I mean, they have one of the best trading platforms I have ever used. It is simple, so very easy to understand. The support team is surprisingly very friendly and accommodating, overall it feels very professional.

I know that some people it's weird that I praise them for their customer support. But, the truth is a few months ago I was having trouble with my deposit and I only realized it at night, so I contacted them in panic mode. They still reply very nicely and fix it within seconds. If that isn't a good work ethic, I don't know what is.
