However, when I revisited my trading account a few hours later, I was taken aback to find $400 missing and one open trade that I didn't initiate. I promptly contacted customer support to report the situation and request the closure of the suspicious trade. To my dismay, not only did they close the trade, but they also blocked my accounts. When I attempted to reach out to them afterward, my efforts were in vain.

5 Years together, better than ever

I've been engaged in trading with this broker for over 5 years, and I've consistently experienced smooth operations, both in terms of deposits and withdrawals. They provide a variety of account options that cater to individual preferences. I utilize both an ECN account and a Standard Pro account. The execution speed has been quite satisfactory, although occasional instances of slippage have occurred during highly volatile trading sessions.

I believe some of the negative reviews you may come across stem from less experienced traders who have made mistakes themselves and then unfairly attributed them to the broker. This is a pattern I've witnessed numerous times, where inexperienced traders invest a small amount, receive a substantial bonus (e.g., 120%), and are subsequently surprised when they face margin calls due to a series of unfavorable trades and the cancellation of their bonus.
