Initially, everything went smoothly until an unsettling incident occurred within my trading account, resulting in a loss of more than $3,600. On that particular day, I executed just one trade. However, when I revisited my trading account a few hours later, I was taken aback to find $400 missing and one open trade that I didn't initiate. I promptly contacted customer support to report the situation and request the closure of the suspicious trade. To my dismay, not only did they close the trade, but they also blocked my accounts. When I attempted to reach out to them afterward, my efforts were in vain.

I want to share my experience with Roboforex, highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement.

Internal Conversion Fee for Crypto Deposits: Roboforex imposes an internal conversion fee for crypto deposits, which amounts to approximately 1.2% of your deposit. This fee can be a significant factor for those dealing with cryptocurrencies.

I've been engaged in trading with this broker for over 5 years, and I've consistently experienced smooth operations, both in terms of deposits and withdrawals. They provide a variety of account options that cater to individual preferences. I utilize both an ECN account and a Standard Pro account. The execution speed has been quite satisfactory, although occasional instances of slippage have occurred during highly volatile trading sessions.

I find myself compelled to share my experience here. I deposited $200 into my Roboforex account using cryptocurrency, and it's been over 24 hours, but my account still hasn't been credited.

Their customer service hasn't been much help either. They just keep telling me to contact the billing/payment department, but I've done that, and there's been no response for more than 24 hours. It makes me wonder why they have so many customers if they can't manage them properly.

I used one of the fastest networks for my USDT BEP20 deposit, so they can't blame anys on the blockchain.

Roboforex, if you're reading this, it's disappointing. Your customer service needs major improvement.
