Dian: There is another reason brokers still have their own trading platforms. I mean yes, they offer the option to access their servers through a neutral trading platform like Metatrader and cTrader. But why do brokers like IC Market also try to create their own trading platforms?
All because they want to prove that they are also advanced brokers. In my experience, the IC Markets mobile app is really a very good trading platform not only for new traders but also for advanced traders. But as you know, the weak point of the mobile trading platform is the chart size. Although you can zoom in and out of the chart, this still has many limitations. If you zoom in, you won't see the time column and if you zoom out the chart will still be small. If you try to rotate the screen and become landscape, the menu will be smaller. I mean for traders with a very relaxed trading style like swing traders, I recommend this mobile app because the design of this IC Market mobile app is very easy to use and user-friendly. In the meantime, if you are a scalper, reconsider using it because, as I said, you will have difficulty determining the chart.
In my opinion, If you compare between MT mobile and IC Mobile, yes for me IC Mobile is a bit more similar but if you trade with PC, if there is a broker trading platform, it always loses face to the metatrader.

Why do brokers always ask us about our identity in such detail. I mean I also have a right to privacy and why do brokers have to search my information so deeply, even my address that I have been lived, I have to give them. Meanwhile, we as customers don't even know if their office still exists. All we know is the certificate of regulated.
A lot of forex scams because we as a customer can't ask you directly where you live and what your ID is. There's also a reason to have our information, right? So, if there is any reason, please let us know. Some people will fear that their sensitive information will be leaked.

This is a very detailed article and explain very well every aspect of IC Market Mobile App. But what makes me doubt a lot of certain points because the comments above always speak "badly" of the brokers' trading platforms. And Metatrader is also the most used trading platform, so I wouldn't be surprised if many traders say they prefer using Metatrader.
