Wow, there are so many choices of funding methods!!! I'm wondering about the pros and cons of each one… Especially when it comes to their safety and processing time. But apart from that, there is another thing that still confuses me. It is stated in this article that withdrawal requests are usually processed within 2 working days, but why does it take 3-10 more days for the funds to reflect in the client's bank account balance? And if there is a delay or problem with the withdrawal process, will the broker contact the customer?

Good question. It can be overwhelming at first, but it doesn't have to be complicated. You simply need to choose the one that's most convenient to you.
- Credit/debit cards are fast and easy to use, but they can also be expensive. While the broker doesn't charge any deposit fees, some credit cards charge high fees for international transactions.
- Bank transfers are a traditional way of sending money. It is considered the safest option out of them all, but it takes a while for your funds to show up on your account. I personally don't recommend this method if you are an active trader as it can easily mess up your schedule.
- e-wallets are in contrast, a modern payment method that allows you store and transfer money electronically. You can choose from many providers like Neteller, Skrill, etc. It offers instant deposits/withdrawals with lower fees, so it's certainly worth to consider.
I usually go with my credit card simply because it's the easiest option for me and the process is quite fast as well. You can also make deposits/withdrawals via mobile phone app, so it's accessible anywhere.

Hi, allow me to answer your second question. So, here's how it works. After you make a withdrawal request, the broker will have to process it, check its eligibility, etc. This step takes up to 2 business days. During this period, your request is "on process". Then, the broker will send your request to the payment provider or bank institution, which will then further process the money before it can be reflected on your account. This is why withdrawals usually take about 3-10 days to complete.
If 2 days have passed and the status of your withdrawal is still on process, you can contact the customer service for further assistance. Just in case there's an issue with the withdrawal.

I like the way easyMarkets allows its clients to make deposits and withdrawals for free. This means that traders can freely manage their account without having to calculate the cost of simply transferring money between accounts. My question, why is it mandatory to verify your account before making a withdrawal? I'm not sure if it's a good idea to upload confidential documents like ID card to a company that I barely know about. Is there a guarantee that the broker won't use my identity for fraudulent activities? This is what I'm most curious and worried about. Hopefully someone can enlighten me on this matter, thanks.
