Deposit and Withdrawal Customer Support
This is very frustrating, and I can't make this up. I deposited around $1,000 on 8th February, but this money doesn't appear in my account. I have waited for seven business days, but it still doesn't appear. I already shared all payment proof, and they told in 5-8 working days, I get a solution. But I didn't get anything until today.
I have requested a withdrawal, and it has been nearly four days without receiving the funds. I opted for a local bank transfer, but the dashboard still indicates that the withdrawal is being processed. When I reached out to the customer chat for assistance, I received repetitive answers and excuses. They informed me that the matter has been escalated, but it may take another 5 to 8 days to resolve.
A couple of months ago it was very comfortable to trade on Android mobile. Never had any issues at the time, which is perfect for busy people like me. But, since the update, the app has been facing various issues. The systems that have changed due to the updated version are not very convenient for Android mobiles. Please do something about it. It's really annoying.
I am quite sad with the Exness customer service conditions. Chat support is veryed & sometimes confused, local phone lines are never answered, though email reps are very well-conversing people. However, checking email is quite a hassle these days, chat would be much faster.
This broker is not a good one for a news trader. I found that this broker has some problems. When there is big news they will change the margin requirements 30 to 40 minutes before the news hit. This is can be a problem for us News Trader.
I keep having problems with Exness, and I have only been trading with them for awhile. It was going well up until a few weeks ago. I tried opening up my account, but the system won't allow me to access it. The system also fail to verify my ID while posting a withdrawal.
I get a very bad loss because Exness has some problems with the VPS. All of a sudden stopped working and also failed to fund the broker again as the website turned offline.
A lot of my friends who are trying to deposit funds by UPI always money is getting debited but no deposit comes.
Well, this broker is pretty affordable. Maybe this is the consequences.
Good but have some confusing rules
I have conflicted feelings about this broker. So far, this broker is pretty good, but there are some confusing rules. Especially about deposit and withdrawal. For example, this broker said that we could deposit with a debit card so we can't withdrawal another amount before refunding the amount. I really don't understand why.
Not bad service, but the slippage can be really bad and this might be a deal breaker for me. Even with Zero or Raw Spread, commissions combined with slippage increase the overall costs. It is really not good for new traders.

Withdrawal got rejected
I can't believe my withdrawal request got rejected. It is very odd considering I am a verified customer. I contacted customer support, saying I sent the money to your payment provider and it shows rejected, so how will I get my money back? My account and my bank account is under the same name.
