Good but Customer Service is conserning

Exness functions adequately as a broker; however, my main area of concern lies with their customer service. In the past, their customer service was swift in responding to messages, but over the last 3 months, I've noticed a decline in their responsiveness. This shift in their customer service behavior makes me apprehensive about continuing to use their services, as unforeseen issues could arise in the future without the assurance of effective support.

Ineffective customer support that struggles to comprehend my concerns. My order was closed due to a stop loss being triggered on the Exness app, but the market chart did not actually reach that point. Swift assistance is imperative in addressing this matter; otherwise, I will be compelled to take severe action.

Withdrawal got rejected

I can't believe my withdrawal request got rejected. It is very odd considering I am a verified customer. I contacted customer support, saying I sent the money to your payment provider and it shows rejected, so how will I get my money back? My account and my bank account is under the same name.

Deposit trouble, Frustated

This is very frustrating, and I can't make this up. I deposited around $1,000 on 8th February, but this money doesn't appear in my account. I have waited for seven business days, but it still doesn't appear. I already shared all payment proof, and they told in 5-8 working days, I get a solution. But I didn't get anything until today.

I am quite sad with the Exness customer service conditions. Chat support is veryed & sometimes confused, local phone lines are never answered, though email reps are very well-conversing people. However, checking email is quite a hassle these days, chat would be much faster.

Stop my trade with no warning

Exness suddenly stop my trade with no authorization!

Here is the story. I place an order, and per usual, I place a stop loss order several pips below. Exness stopped trading the pair for 30 minutes for no reason or prior information. I thought this was an error, so I sent them an email. But they didn't reply to my email, and to this day, I still haven't received any reimbursement or at least an explanation about how my order was top abruptly. This is very disrespectful. Shame on you!

Customer service really bad

Seriously, one of the worst customer service I have ever had in my whole entire trading career. I am using a demo account and contacting with the support team. But they tell me that my account isn't valid. That is impossible since I am sure that the account is verified. I ask them for further information but they were really unhelpfully. Imagine if this happens to a live account with REAL money.

I can't get my money back from my wallet! They keep requesting me to verify my identity, which I DID by the way but they just keep asking me over and over with the same questions. The last time I sent an email to them was a WEEK ago, and they still haven't replied again. They said it will take 5 working days to reply, which I find absurd. Let's see if they will give me a proper reply or to ask me to verify my identity again. I don't understand why they can't verify me, I use the same email address and account for the past year, there shouldn't be any problems with it.

Several days ago I checked my positions and I realise that my profits were not matching up with the pips I caught. even after I added the spreads (if my calculation is correct, which I'm sure it is) it still doesn't make sense. I am pretty sure that my loss was bigger than it was supposed to be. Because I am not sure, I decided to execute two positions in different directions for the same pair, like hedging. The one in a loss was recorded as 16 pips loss and the one in profit was recorded as 5 pips profit. I confronted them about it, but they just logged me out. I can't believe they are regulated.
