Having problems with Exness?

I have encountered severe issues with this broker, as they have unjustly blocked my account, preventing me from withdrawing my partner's earnings and even opening a real trading account.

Despite bringing them numerous clients, I am now forced to plead with them on a daily basis. Their support personnel continuously provide false promises, claiming that super slow specialists will eventually review my bank statement, which is just a single PDF document. This frustrating situation has persisted for several weeks, with no resolution.

Honestly, they used to be such a good broker. But lately, they have been nothing but disappointing. For example, their server always does not respond during essential news time. When you get profit they will try everything to get it back by deleting all the history.

All I can say is that if you deposit $5, they charge slightly higher fees than other brokers, but if you deposit $500, you can get 0 spreads with 6-7$ fees. I think it's good because the lower the account types you have, the more fees you pay. My favorite indicator in Exness is a multilingual plugin that allows you to insert analysis strategies, comments, measurements, and trading central (support/resistance/target/stop pivots) for MT4. It also has a free VPS with a $500 deposit, with great speeds and low latency to support your transactions. But remember VPS can be enjoyed if you deposit $500. Of course, I wouldn't say I like Exness' education menu. The education in there only basic forex can be accessed on another website that more complete and advanced educational forex websites. Overall, I gave it 3 stars because only the trading tools are good. Others from Exness are standard for me so far. it's good but not so good

Deposits and withdrawals trading at Exness rarely disappoints. I think it takes too long to be credited to the bank and too difficult to withdraw especially on weekends. The deposit was also too slow for me. I'm also encountering slippage and still no solution. The only positive feeling I experienced with Exness was when I first made an instructional video to create an account. The instructional videos seem to be very good at explaining forex and forex languages such as leverage, margin calls, equities, bulls, and bears. There are 5 languages, you can choose the language you want.

The information provided by Exness was somewhat useless. Sometimes the news about Exness is SLOW and my trading strategy that uses news gets a little messy. I think you must release the news faster, when you offer a trading tool like a news tab you have to once again I said, post news immediately to avoid entering trades late which doesn't give me any more advantage though you have Dow Jones News, the world's leading news provider, thus included in the platform's streaming line. But if you post late, it's not good for me! Otherwise, all transactions on Exness, SPECIAL, withdrawals, and deposits are good and without any problem at all!

Exclusive training at Exness. I mean, they just explain a bit about what forex is, what features and tools it offers, and he says risk trading in Exness doesn't even tell you about slippage and its solutions. That's it. They are very supportive and quick to place trading instruments in order positions, but I'm disappointed that they never tell me the risks, losses, and what would happen if I made a margin call. I think the lack of education that Exness provided to traders made me lose something that I knew I can avoid it.

I think it's really bad that Exness always has a deposit error. We always have to contact them and send them bank statements to prove the deposit is made. But once it's confirmed, the money will arrive in my account instantly. So there is a good side and a bad side.

This isn't a good broker for an EA user. Last week, I use EA, and I set a 5-point trailing stop. But when I check the stop level, it changes. It usually happened when I gained profitable; Exness tricked my ea by possibly changing the stop levels. I think this is very suspicious.

For some reason, I keep having difficulty withdrawing my money from them. There are always some errors happening that I am not sure what to do anymore. I believe I have provided them with all of the necessary documents. I gave them two documents bank statement and a rental agreement. They refused u know what it means. In the end, they still didn't give me my money. Side note, I am not a small-time trader, so this is not just about the number of trades that I am doing. Even if I am, that does not mean they can treat me like this. I was hoping they'll do better considering they are a household name in this industry.

Anyone also often experience server problems with EXNESS? I just experienced it myself. Hopefully it doesn't happen like this again. A little disappointed tho, I never have a problem when trading with EXNESS before.
