Having problems with Exness?

It is a no for me. Why? Because my withdrawal hasn't been processed for days! That is abominable for me. What's worse is they don't give updates ons we need to follow, and standard words are received. We escalated to the payment team time will be 5 to 8 Business days.
I keep having problems with this deposit. Ever since I move to the mobile trading platforms, my deposit is always late. Yes, they always arrive in my account in the end but it is slower than usual. And I have lost several opportunity because of it. Please fix this Exness, I beg you.

I can't believe my withdrawal request got rejected. It is very odd considering I am a verified customer. I contacted customer support, saying I sent the money to your payment provider and it shows rejected, so how will I get my money back? My account and my bank account is under the same name.

This is very frustrating, and I can't make this up. I deposited around $1,000 on 8th February, but this money doesn't appear in my account. I have waited for seven business days, but it still doesn't appear. I already shared all payment proof, and they told in 5-8 working days, I get a solution. But I didn't get anything until today.
I have requested a withdrawal, and it has been nearly four days without receiving the funds. I opted for a local bank transfer, but the dashboard still indicates that the withdrawal is being processed. When I reached out to the customer chat for assistance, I received repetitive answers and excuses. They informed me that the matter has been escalated, but it may take another 5 to 8 days to resolve.
Good but have some confusing rules
I have conflicted feelings about this broker. So far, this broker is pretty good, but there are some confusing rules. Especially about deposit and withdrawal. For example, this broker said that we could deposit with a debit card so we can't withdrawal another amount before refunding the amount. I really don't understand why.
Disapointing with the payment system
I am very disappointed with the payment system lately. It's good that they offer a new type of payment for deposits and withdrawals but they are obviously lacking. It really feels unreliable and I hope they can do something about it.
I am trading with DEMO Ac for the last 6 months and tried many times support assistance of Exness but failed. They don't reply my doubts properly. Always use some fixed questions and answers which is fixed in its main menu which is scripted only. I had asked the procedure of withdrawal they didn't able to satisfy me with their answer and out.
I had nothing but problems during my time trading with this broker. First of all, when I deposit my money, it goted so I had to wait longer than usual until my money arrived in my account. Next when I tried to withdraw my money apparently it also goted. It took soooo long for them to give it back. I can't comprehend why it took that long. But, the overall trading experience is not too bad but not too good either.

Where is my money?
I dropped in a deposit last month, but my bank account and Exness broker seem to have lost track of it. I've been in touch with the support squad and even slid into their Instagram DMs, but it's like talking to a wall. All they keep saying is "wait 24h" or "give it 4h." Well, I've clocked a good 48 hours since last month, and there's been zero movement – no cash back in my bank account and no credit in my Exness account. This is getting seriously frustrating.
