As far as I know, Forex4you offers pretty good trading conditions. For the Cent Account, the spread starts from $0.2 and for the Classic Account, the spread starts from $20. Spreads can be fixed or floating depending on the account type. The minimum deposit is very low though, only $1. And the maximum leverage is 1:1000 which is pretty high I must say.
