Exness reorganized its management for several important positions. One of them is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), where Elena Krutova is promoted to run the job. The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a company and is in charge of specific departments (such as finance, HR, and sales), reporting directly to the CEO and board of directors.
"I value people who can get the job done! We all work in very complex circumstances and it's important to find the best options when dealing with issues. People who can do their job successfully can change this world!" Krutova said.
Krutova's career in Exness run smoothly. She joined the brokerage company in 2018 as a senior recruiter. Soon, she was promoted to Head of HR & Office – Cyprus. Two years later, she was named Global Head of HR, adding the title of Chief People Officer in 2022.
Krutova's new position will be challenging as Exness has just been awarded the first Retail FX and CFDs broker to top $3 trillion in monthly client trading volumes. Exness recorded $3 trillion for the first time. Exness made the third consecutive month of increasing trading volumes, and the record topped January 2023. The numbers rose 8.2% compared to January's $2.82 trillion. The achievement is not only for the company itself but also for any Retail FX broker historically.
The multi-asset broker's spectacular record will not be Krutova's only responsibility. She will belong to a great team, and working in it for a developed company needs professionality.
