Leading multi-asset retail broker based in Cyprus, BDSwiss, announced the appointment of Marc Suárez as the new Marketing Manager for Latin America (LATAM). Suárez announced his promotion via a LinkedIn post on February 10, 20223.
Previously, Suárez was a marketing executive at the FCA-regulated broker's office in Spain in late 2021. Suárez has embarked on a career in marketing, sales, and accounting outside the forex industry for over ten years.
Most of Suárez's professional experience came in roles in various industries in Spain, such as insurance, data analytics, and education. Some of Suárez's other experiences include serving as a Marketing and Public Relations Consultant at KC Firiakis Services in Cyprus. However, he initially worked for the company as a Senior Sales Account Manager covering the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
In other industries, Suárez worked as a market researcher for Kantar, a marketing data and analytics company, where he spent approximately three and a half years from September 2009 to January 2013. In Addition, one of Suárez's early roles was Senior Client Account Manager and Customer Service Officer at Recursos Educativos.
Before promoting its new Marketing Manager, BDSwiss appointed Andreas Andreou, head of the business development department at a subsidiary of HF Markets in the UAE (United Arab Emirates), to become Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in Cyprus.
