Lawrence Jones has rejoined Pepperstone as Head of Digital Acquisition, replacing Anna Simmonds who is on maternity leave.
Lawrence Jones, a marketing executive with over ten years of experience in the financial services industry, has rejoined Pepperstone as Head of Digital Acquisition. In addition to his role in the acquisition, Jones will also serve as maternity cover for Anna Simmonds, the Head of Marketing EMEA & LATAM at Pepperstone.
Based in London, Lawrence Jones brings a wealth of experience to his new position. He previously held senior marketing positions at IG Group for six years before joining Pepperstone on a contract basis in 2021 to evaluate their digital marketing setup. Last year, he took on the Head of Digital Acquisition role at OvalX.
Lawrence expressed his enthusiasm for returning to Pepperstone.
"I'm delighted to be back at Pepperstone after doing some contract work here 2 years ago now. There's been some heavy investment in the brand and product with the likes of the ATP sponsorship and partnership with Trading View, with much more to come this year. The company is already starting to see the impact of those on client acquisition which I'm excited to keep scaling further."
Jones will lead Pepperstone's digital marketing efforts in his new role, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing. He will also develop and execute digital marketing strategies to help Pepperstone grow its client base and reach new markets.
