Broker multi-asset Axi announced a partnership to sponsor Girona FC for Latin America (LatAm) to target its football fan base and strengthen its brand globally.

To improve consistency with its community-oriented ethos, Axi announced it signed a sponsorship deal with football club Girona FC for Latin America. It is the Football Club's first regional partner in the LatAm region.

Under the terms of the deal, the company will receive many benefits, including Axi branding on player jerseys, stadium signage, and presence on social media channels. These other benefits include exclusive events, special promotions, and unique experiences for Girona FC fans in this region. Meanwhile, this partnership will allow Girona FC to benefit from Axi's involvement in promotional efforts to its user base.

Since the 2022/23 season, Girona FC has generated sponsorship revenue of approximately $2.3 million. It has partnered with 11 companies and the most profitable sponsors, such as Gosbi, Puma, Costa Brava Girona Tourism, Estrella Dam, and Viajes el Corte.
