Eren Eraslan takes a senior leadership position as Unit Head at IG Europe GmbH to contribute to strategic activities in the region.
In recent forex broker news, IG Group (LON: IGG) announced the appointment of Eren Eraslan to take on the senior leadership role of CEO of Northern Europe. Starting December 2023, he will lead strategic activities in this area. Eraslan started his integral role as an MTF analyst in Greater London and then progressed to become a senior retail trader.
From June 2022 to January 2024, he was Chairman of Germany and Austria at forex broker IG Deutschland, headquartered in Hesse, Germany. He made significant contributions over one year and eight months by demonstrating his leadership skills for the company's geographic expansion. This professional career can exceptionally influence a company's growth and strategy.
Subsequently, before joining the CFD and DMA broker, Eraslan was responsible as Product Director and then as Director of Product Innovation at retail securitization derivatives trading venue Spectrum Markets. For more than three years and five months, he played a prime role in driving product development and innovation, demonstrating a deep understanding of the needs and dynamics of financial markets.
Eraslan also has experience outside the financial sector, including working in Daimler AG's research and development department in Stuttgart, Germany, from October 2013 to April 2014.
Before Eraslan, through other forex broker news, June Felix stepped down from her IG's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) post due to health problems.
