In recent forex broker news, IG forex broker welcomed two executives to fill the division chairman position, which is vacant. Chief Risk Officer Jody Dunn changes duties to assume Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Meanwhile, Chief Compliance Officer Sarah Gore Langton will occupy the position of Chief Risk Officer. The company did not specify whether Langton would continue to serve as Compliance Officer or announce another name to fill the role.

Previously, IG forex broker experienced a change in management structure when two of its employees, Jon Noble and Charlie Rozes, resigned from the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively.

However, the UK-based company has not yet decided on Rozes's replacement. The resignations aligned with the group's plan to reduce its workforce by around 10%.

Dunn is a long-time IG's employee who started his career as a Sales Trader in the London office in 2002. For 21 years, he has continued to improve his performance and contribution to continue climbing the corporate ladder to his current position.

Meanwhile, Langton is not much different, having joined IG in 2015 as Chief Compliance Officer for the EMEA and UK regions. He also spent over five years at Blackrock as Head of EMEA Marketing and Distribution Compliance.
