It's a real bummer

I gave FXOptimax a shot, and let me tell you, it's a no-go for trading. I lost a whopping $300 in there. A real bummer is dealing with a company that seems more interested in playing tricks than helping you trade. They're all about the trade and twist game, and that's not cool. Plus, communication is all over the place, and you'll encounter all sorts of nonsense. So, steer clear if you don't want to lose your hard-earned cash to what feels like a shady operation.

I am frustated!!!!

I am deeply frustrated with OctaFX, and I strongly suspect that they have transformed into a scam company. On September 26th, I deposited 25,000 PKR into my account, and since then, I have submitted over 15 deposit requests. Shockingly, every single one of them has been declined.

Their reason for declining is absurd. They claim they couldn't find the payment in their system, despite me providing them with ample payment proof. This situation is beyond frustrating, and it's becoming increasingly clear that something is seriously wrong with OctaFX's operations. I demand a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

Bad customer review

I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. Whenever I try to reach out through their chat, all I get are automated responses. It's frustrating because I need to talk to a real agent responsible for the transactions.

To make matters worse, they don't even have a physical presence in Pakistan anymore. So, I can't even go to their office to investigate or try to resolve my case in person.

I've been a loyal customer for over three years, and this is the treatment I receive? They've taken my money, and now I have no idea if they'll ever return it. This whole situation is absolutely unacceptable.

VANTAGE IS THE WORST BROKER SCAM

VANTAGE IS THE WORST BROKER SCAM THAT DECEIVES HIS PARTNERS, BREAKS THE CONTRACT AND DOES NOT PAY MONEY.

I am an affiliate. I work with more than 5 different brokers without any problems, BUT Vantage is the worst broker I have ever worked with. I'll explain why. I've been working with Vantage for over a year on a CPA commission system, for the last 2 months I haven't been paid my money, supposedly because the clients withdrew a lot of money this month.

My manager wrote to me and suggested a solution: they do not pay me my CPA commission for these two months, BUT they offered to transfer absolutely all clients to an IB account at higher rates and recalculate all clients for June and July at the new IB rates. I asked the manager if ALL clients would be recalculated for me under the new IB system, including old clients. My manager said yes.

We signed an agreement on new conditions and after that my manager started lying to me and talking some kind of garbage. The manager began to say that he did not offer to count ALL clients, that only those clients who did not pay out according to the CPA system. The manager began to come up with all sorts of different excuses and so on, so as not to pay me money.

Every day they promise to solve my problem and pay me money, this has been going on for more than a month, but they still do not pay money and do not fulfill their terms of the contract that we signed. The funny thing is that now they just deleted my affiliate account and the money has not been paid, and my manager does not respond to messages. I think that I will never see my honestly earned money. I strongly do not recommend working with this broker. All evidence is attached below.

I couldn't deny

I cant' deny a few basic things,, first of all. I don't necessarily think that. this is a bad broker. It has a great potential to become one of the good brokers, but I struggled at a few steps during my process. Had to wait more than I would like to ask a few question to customer support. Maybe it just was not my lucky day. How was your experience?

Bad support

Their tech support game is weak af, and they rarely know how to fix stuff because they lack the power to solve all the damn problems. Their Arabic tech support is practically non-existent, only working for a measly hour and only on Fridays. And don't even get me started on the bonus they give to Arab members – it's straight-up insufficient for all the effort and exhaustion we go through to participate in competitions and write topics. SMH.

Is this broker scaming me?

Hey,

I've used this broker at the recommendation of a trader that was having a copy strategy going on there. At a certain point I've asked the broker to disconnect my account from the strategy and close open trades if there are because the trader was not answering anymore and he was starting to do only bad trades. Nedless to say that they didn't do that and my account was blown up. I am suspecting them of being hand in hand with the trader and a scammer broker. Problem with withdrawal

I've had a couple of smaller withdrawals in the past, and those took around 5 days to process. However, this time, I made a larger withdrawal, and it has been almost 3 weeks, but I haven't received it yet. I also submitted a support ticket, but it has been 4 days without any response. If anyone from the TFXI team is reading this, please prioritize and resolve my withdrawal issue. If my withdrawal is processed promptly, I'll gladly update my review to reflect the positive experience.

Customer service very helpful

The customer service support is really good! Thanks to the customer service team! Really helpful and calm during stressful situations.

Because, When the first withdrawal in this broker happened so good. But that is probably because I didn't take out too much money at the time. The second time I withdrew was 3 months later.

I tried to withdraw twice the amount of my last withdrawal. But somehow it didn't go through. My withdrawal was approved but, I didn't receive the money even after 3 business days later. So I submitted a request to customer service. They told me to wait and the customer service time solved this problem.

I have trust issues, thanks to this broker

I have trust issues. Thank you TrumphFX customer support team for being so helpful during such a hard time.

The story was, that I needed to withdraw some money because of some bad things that happened to me in real life. But, as we all know, this broker was having some problems with their withdrawal. As a desperate attempt, I tried to contact customer service to help me. They really did! I received the money two days after I contacted them. Thank you so much!!
