Alright, folks, let's dive into this! First off, the execution speeds at FirewoodFX are pretty snappy, gotta give 'em that. But here's the kicker – they've got a real sneaky side when it comes to those commission fees. They claim it's just a mere $5 per lot size on the US30. Now, you might be thinking, "What's the big deal?" Well, here's the deal: 1 lot on US30 can rake in a sweet $100 for every 10 pips. So, that $5 commission starts to look pretty hefty when you do the math. It's like they're pulling a fast one on you!

The execution speed is fast, but the issue is their commission, which can be confusing. They say they charge $5 for trading the US30. Normally, 1 lot on US30 earns $100 for every 10 pips.

However, they actually charge 50 cents for every 0.01 you trade. So, for 0.10 (which should be $10 per 10 pips), they charge $5. This should be only 5 cents. Even though it's listed as 0.10, it behaves like 0.01, earning only $1 per 10 pips. Despite this, they charge $5 for the commission. So for a standard 1 lot on US30, they're taking $50 but claim it's only $5.

This can be misleading and feels like they're not being honest with their charges. When you bring this up with them, they apologize but say there's nothing they can do. Their advice is to avoid trading indices altogether.

Because of their spread manipulation and canceling orders out of the blue, I'd rate this broker as pretty subpar. If you're into fundamental trading, steer clear of these guys. They're a dead end for success. Do yourself a favor and skip this scam

The coin settlement should exclusively apply to investors who purchased Triumph at a 1:1 ratio. These individuals, including myself, have suffered financial losses due to your questionable practices. It would be reasonably simple for you to restrict the coin settlement to these specific accounts. It is unfair that individuals who acquired their coins at significantly lower ratios are participating in the coin settlement lottery.

FBS broker cannot hit SL which SL you . Today I set 2036 SL on buy trade with gold and they closed my trade at 2034.56. They gave me 15 pip extra loose. Here is a screenshot.

This broker is not a good one for a news trader. I found that this broker has some problems. When there is big news they will change the margin requirements 30 to 40 minutes before the news hit. This is can be a problem for us News Trader.

Exness suddenly stop my trade with no authorization!

Here is the story. I place an order, and per usual, I place a stop loss order several pips below. Exness stopped trading the pair for 30 minutes for no reason or prior information. I thought this was an error, so I sent them an email. But they didn't reply to my email, and to this day, I still haven't received any reimbursement or at least an explanation about how my order was top abruptly. This is very disrespectful. Shame on you!

So far I had an amazing experience with TriumphFX. All of my trades were executed smoothly, I can never ask for anything else. However, I have to say that this broker is not perfect. For once, their customer service isn't open for 24 hours, so it's a little hard for me who trades around the day. Sometimes I will get problems when trading in the middle of the night and no one can answer my call. But, other than that, I don't have any problems with them at all.

This isn't a good broker for an EA user. Last week, I use EA, and I set a 5-point trailing stop. But when I check the stop level, it changes. It usually happened when I gained profitable; Exness tricked my ea by possibly changing the stop levels. I think this is very suspicious.

As far as FBS has to offer so many good features. Fast deposit, fast withdrawal, multiple accounts you can choose from micro into pro, it has a demo account and can deposit as little as $1. It is very user-friendly for an amateur like me.

What makes me a little bit disappointed is for once the market is very volatile and my current stop loss is not working well. It gets 100 pips different from the initial stop loss.

So I tried to contact customer service and luckily they responded very well and explained the current situation and its risk in an inevitable volatile market. Yeah, that was slippage and actually, I rarely have experienced slippage with FBS so I don't know if it can happen. I hope FBS can educate or inform novice traders like me whenever they open new accounts that slippage can happen in the market.
