Trading Platforms Problems

While the platform is sleek and intuitive I think the profitability for FTT with a starter status account is a bit low. For the advanced statuses, it is fine though.

As a dedicated fan of MetaTrader, I appreciate that this broker offers both MT platforms. However, for those seeking new trading experiences and a broader horizon, I would highly recommend exploring FBS's custom, award-winning trading platform.

One drawback to note is that this platform lacks a desktop version and, surprisingly, there is no webtrader version either, only mobile apps are available. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic way to inject some excitement into your trading routine.

As a beginner in the trading world, my experience with FxPro has been a mixed bag.
On one hand, they offer a wealth of resources and educational materials that have been instrumental in my learning journey. However, I must admit that the platform's interface can be overwhelming for newcomers. The abundance of charts, indicators, and options can be daunting at first, and I found myself needing some time to navigate and familiarize myself with the platform.

While I don't necessarily blame the company for this, it may be worth considering a more friendly interface for beginners.

Although IronFX provides various types of accounts, an excellent platform, trading with them can be expensive. While the broker offers zero spreads, the commission per Lot can be lower.

I don't have anything concrete against this platform but I think there is slight room for improvement. I mean, the platform is nice, and I truly enjoy fiddling the iPhone app here, I can't find many of the cryptos I usually trade. They should add a whole bunch of them.

Very disappointed with your platform, Exness. I used algo trade on Exness standard account but got huge losses because Exness terminal failed to fetch the correct data. I don't know how is this even possible. This has never happened in another algo platform before.

A couple of months ago it was very comfortable to trade on Android mobile. Never had any issues at the time, which is perfect for busy people like me. But, since the update, the app has been facing various issues. The systems that have changed due to the updated version are not very convenient for Android mobiles. Please do something about it. It's really annoying.

So, I have questions and this is a little bit embarrassing for me. I had an account in TriumphFX, but because I got very busy moving last month I hadn't opened it at all. Now I forgot my MT4 account password. Is it possible to reset it? Will I lose all of my data? I have asked the customer service team but it seems like they got very busy. I haven't got an answer at all from last week, so I decided to ask in another forum.

Unfortunately, this broker only has one type of trading platform available. That is the MT4 trading platform. In a way, this is actually all they need because most people use MT4 anyway. But, this kinda limits my choice as I am more of an MT5 kind of gal. But anyway, I make sacrifices and decide that I'll be fine with MT4. It was actually pretty smooth. All my trades were also executed smoothly. Furthermore, it is available in mobile trading as well. So I guess it is really good for a mobile trader like me.

FBS server needs an upgrade every 3 months. Their available servers now are very insufficient when compared to increasing the trading volume over the years. When the market reaches high volatility, sometimes I can't even use SL or TP. There have been moments along with NFP announcement, SL did not close properly, and close point was different.
