Slippages And Requotes Problems

Slippage

No slippage is false advertising. I use Nordfx and slippage is the reason I want to leave it

Huge slippage

Not bad service, but the slippage can be really bad and this might be a deal breaker for me. Even with Zero or Raw Spread, commissions combined with slippage increase the overall costs. It is really not good for new traders.

Fast deposit and withdrawal

As far as FBS has to offer so many good features. Fast deposit, fast withdrawal, multiple accounts you can choose from micro into pro, it has a demo account and can deposit as little as $1. It is very user-friendly for an amateur like me.

What makes me a little bit disappointed is for once the market is very volatile and my current stop loss is not working well. It gets 100 pips different from the initial stop loss.

So I tried to contact customer service and luckily they responded very well and explained the current situation and its risk in an inevitable volatile market. Yeah, that was slippage and actually, I rarely have experienced slippage with FBS so I don't know if it can happen. I hope FBS can educate or inform novice traders like me whenever they open new accounts that slippage can happen in the market.

Sillpage really bad, SL and TP doesn't work

Slippage's experience with FBS? NOT a good deal for me. Whenever I try to set a buy or sell limit, it doesn't work very well. Prices just go up and down. And suddenly my open hit more than 20 pips, far from my original entry. I was just wondering how FBS came up with the best solution to fix this problem. For others, I think FBS has a great feature to help me trade. Except when it is a slippage period. Stars? I give FBS 4 since I just have a problem with the slippage solution that FBS gave to me.

Slippage keeps happening

I had a disappointing experience at FBS. At some point, suddenly the price in the forex market became unstable and my order closed with a huge loss due to slippage. My order arrived in TP within seconds but it didn't close my TP position! I know exactly that I see the line touching my TP! I really don't mind if the slide hits my TP and my position doesn't close or else the slide hits the SL and bounces back quickly and doesn't close. I also understand that sometimes slippage can happen. But actually what really disappointed me after it didn't close in TP position, was for a second later the price line didn't hit SL suddenly closed automatically. So yeah, I'm losing my money. What's wrong with FBS, can you handle more "correct" slip timing?

Anyone also often experience server problems with EXNESS? I just experienced it myself. Hopefully it doesn't happen like this again. A little disappointed tho, I never have a problem when trading with EXNESS before.

Ever since my friend recommended it, I start trying FBS, here is what I found. I use the demo account for about a month or so just to really get the grasp of it. During that moment I also tested their zero fixed spread account. Sadly, it's more disappointing than I had anticipated. They claim their stops are fixed for 3 pips, while it goes up to 50 pips sometimes, meaning the spread is not as good as what they promised. Slippage is really bad, during my trade I suffer negative 20 pips as slippage. This is happened on their zero spreads account, I don't know if their other account would better or worse.
