David Hodge joins ThinkMarkets as the new London-based new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). David spent over four years of his career at OANDA, his initial role as Chief Commercial Officer at CMC Markets in 2017, then he was promoted to CEO for UK/Europe and EMEA region and Chief Revenue Officer for OANDA global.

Before deciding to become ThinkMarkets CMO, he served as Chief Marketing & Growth Officer at CySEC licensed retail broker Skilling, for almost two years, until the end of 2022.

Furthermore, the FCA licensed broker recruited Drosoula Hadjisavva, an executive in the Forex and CFD industry, to serve as ThinkMarkets Group Marketing Director for the region beyond Cyprus. Previously, he has professional work experience during his eight years career, namely as Marketing Director of IronFX and Marketing Director of FXCC. He also served as CMO of BDSwiss for four years before joining ThinkMarkets.

Additionally, ThinkMarkets strengthened its business by seeking an IPO through the SPAC merger in Canada, despite losing more than $20 million over the last two years. SPAC ThinkMarkets merger partner, Toronto Stock Exchange-listed FG Acquisition Corp, will hold a shareholder vote on the deal in late June.
