Another form of cyber-criminals has haunted LiteFinance's clients, sending them messages and domain names which in turn may drag them into illegal transactions. These fraudsters usually offered fake support via Telegram, aiming to collect personal data and where in other cases, to ruin the company's reputation.

It should be noted that the company's staff never requests passwords or the private payment information of clients.
