IC Markets has hired ex-IronFX Head of Business Development Andreas Skianis as the new Global Head of Partners.

Australian broker IC Markets strengthened its leadership position by appointing Andreas Skianis as head of global partners. Skianis announced that he would be working from the company's offices in Limassol, Cyprus on his LinkedIn profile. He seemed very excited to welcome this new position.

The ASIC-regulated broker is one of the leading brands in forex trading and retail CFDs, so it's no wonder that this locally regulated broker by ASIC wants an expert to join the company.

Skianis has extensive experience working with forex and CFD brokers, as he has served several brokers in his professional career. Prior to joining IC Markets, Skianis worked at IronFX for six months in the position of Head of Business Development overseeing two emerging markets, Asia and Africa. In addition, he also served for four months at M4Markets as Global Business Development Manager.

Skianis started his career in February 2015 at HotForex in positions related to Partnership Sales and Business Development and was later promoted to Head of Asian Business Development. He spent almost seven years with the broker.

After obtaining licenses from financial market regulators in Cyprus, Seychelles and the Bahamas, Skianis' presence is expected to add to the significance of IC Markets in the global market.
