Exness promotes a new person for Head of Talent Acquisition, Mark Harrison, an experienced HR.

Multi-asset broker, Exness, will have a new but old person in charge as the Head of Talent Acquisition. The man is Mark Harrison. He joined Exness in 2017 for Kuala Lumpur Office. Initially, Harrison handled the APAC, LATAM, MENA, and SSA regions. Being the Head of Talent Acquisition is his expertise as he also had become a Recruitment Manager at Citi in Malaysia before joining Exness.

A Talent Acquisition Director's responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters, and identifying high-potential candidates. He will build talent pipelines for current and future job openings; lead all sourcing strategies; and manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.

Harrison was very excited to have his new position in this broker. He said he is thrilled to share that he has been promoted to the esteemed Global Head of Talent Acquisition position at Exness.

Mark Harrison will be moved to Exness' Cyprus head office to work. He will be in one team with Exness Chief People Officer and Chief Administrative Officer Elena Krutova.
