Hello, a new Avatrade user here. Right off the bat, I'm very satisfied with Avatradego. I love how smooth it is and that it doesn't take much space in your phone. I'd say it's a safe choice for both novice and experienced traders because of the number of features that you can use on this app. One in particular that I'm most interested about is the Avaprotect feature. I don't think I've heard such feature in any other broker, I mean, a smart protection where you can get a full refund for making losses? That just sounds like the dream of every trader. But what is the catch here? Are there any requirements for the refund or fee that I must pay in advance?

AvaProtect is indeed an incredible risk management tool that I think every trader must try regardless of their expertise. Another tool that I'd like to recommend is stop loss order. On top of AvaProtect, you can also open stop loss orders that will automatically close your position at a predetermined price. Thus, the loss will be limited according to your risk tolerance. This is definitely useful especially if you are trading in volatile markets such as CFDs and use leverage. Aside from that, you can also try to open other order types such as market orders and limit orders.

The only downside that I can think of is the high inactivity fees. If your account is inactive for 3 months, you will be charged with 50 USD flat and the price doubles after 12 months. Therefore, I'd say this broker is best for active beginner or professional traders.
