Research from Investment Trends named OANDA as the top broker for Overall Client Satisfaction in Singapore.
CFTC-regulated company OANDA was named the top broker for Overall Client Satisfaction in Singapore for the second year in a row by Investment Trends according to the financial services market research firm's '2022 Singapore Leverage Trading Report'. The report provides a detailed analysis of Singapore traders' trading attitudes, behavior, and needs for leveraged financial products. This year's study is based on an online survey of 2,451 local investors and traders.
As a result, apart from achieving the highest user satisfaction in Singapore, this online multi-asset CFD broker also won the best Value for Money client satisfaction and Email Customer Service awards.
According to the Investment Trends report, the number of CFD/FX traders in Singapore is still higher than in pre-pandemic. New traders jumping into the market are most often motivated by the desire to learn new skills and by the volatility and supply of the market.
