IG subsidiary in Japan, IG Securities, announces new requirements for clients planning to trade Japanese CFD stocks.
IG Group's Japanese subsidiary, IG Securities, has announced to its clients planning to trade Japanese share CFDs that new terms will be introduced.
Japanese IG clients who will open new positions in Japanese stock CFDs after December 21, 2022, must submit an "Inside Information Declaration Form". Clients planning to trade Japanese share CFDs or who are already trading are required to submit an “Inside Information Declaration Form” by December 19, 2022.
Clients who do not plan to open new positions in Japanese share CFDs do not need to submit an information declaration. Even if you have submitted the "Inside Information Declaration Form" before, please submit it again.
The information declaration form will be accepted any time after December 20, 2022. After IG receives the information, this JFSA-regulated company will check the contents of the description, and lift the transaction restrictions as soon as possible.
