Worldwide multi-asset broker Exness stood proudly as the platinum sponsor of the first Cyprus Tech Career Fair.

To personify this spirit in another body, Exness became the platinum sponsor of the Cyprus Tech Career Fair, held from the 24th to 26th of November 2022.
This was the multi-asset broker's other strive to shape Cyprus' future in the education realm. This Cyprus International Fair was the initial step of the kind that gained full support from the Ministry of Education, Sports, and Youth and the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digital Policy. The tech-focused career fair aims to bridge the gap between Cyprus's digital businesses and local talent by connecting young professionals and students with potential tech employers.
During this event, 3000 Cypriots had the opportunity to get themselves exposed to future employers, along with a number of panel discussions and inspiring speeches to deepen their understanding.

Panteli was one of the Star Employer Speakers who delivered a presentation about "Career Advancement/Career Paths at Exness" on November 24. On November 25, Askhat Urazbaev, Exness Agile Transformation Lead, spoke on the topic of "Managing Software Projects in the 21st Century," while on November 26, Sofia Tomshevich, Exness HR Business Partner CY, participated in a panel discussion on the topic of "The Limassol Ecosystem - in search of talent".
