Withdrawal is too long

Yesterday, finally, after a long wait of 13 days, I received the funds in my bank account. I must say that my experience with this broker in terms of performance and communication fell short of my expectations. It took six attempts of contacting them before my withdrawal request was processed, and it seemed like they had a different excuse every time to the process.

My advice to fellow traders is to consider funding this broker using Neteller, as withdrawals via wire transfer seem to be problematic.
