Really bad slippage! I wonder if they actually have a Limit Order or not. I have seen these happen to quite a lot of people these days, so I guess they don't. Best hope you don't make an order with more liquidity than is available in the market as for scalpers this broker is horrendous.
The commission fees are enormous, especially on their Raw Spread Account. Damn, it only started on 0.0 pips at the beginning only. The rest? we'll who knows? Just chalked it up to the market's volatility. Always the volatility.
Anyway, I haven't contacted their customer service about this yet. I pretty much give up and decided to switch brokers although I haven't found a good one. This has seriously given me trust issues.

@Pete Cruz: Hey! I've been thinking about slippage too – it's kinda normal to be surprised when it happens. About the limit order not doing its thing, I'd say hit up the customer service crew. From what I know, limit orders can be like the last line of defense against slippage, and they often do a decent job, though not a full 100%. Oh, and that spread you mentioned? Totally normal for raw spread accounts – they're like real market floaters, not always at 0.0 pips, but that's just how it rolls. If your broker is throwing around fixed spreads, keep an eye out – they might be market makers too. Stay sharp!
