I have tried several other brokers before, but this is my experience with Icmarkets.
1. Account is very easy to make, quick, and hassle-free, which is a good thing.
2. I started from a demo account and I notice it sometimes has server delays which can be quite annoying.
3. When I jumped to a real account, the spreads are really as low as they promise.
4. Customer service is good, it's easy to get your questions answered.
5. If you are unlucky, you might get a bad customer service representative.
6. The commissions are quite low for its class, which I absolutely like.
7. No Negative balance protections
