Appreciate their negative balance protection

Hankotrade has exceeded all my expectations. When I started out I never expected it to be this good. Low commissions, tight spreads, and no hidden charges are some of the things that have impressed me the most.

One more thing that I personally appreciate about Hankotrade is that they have a negative balance protection on all accounts so that accounts are safe from volatile market conditions. It's all positive for me, but it's not perfect. They definitely need to work on their email responses as they are painfully slow. Other than that they did a fabulous job.
