XTB hired a new professional programmer to lead its technology department. He is Adam Dubiel, who started his new career within this brokerage company last September. Dubiel was appointed Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at XTB.

Adam Dubiel was a former programmer of Allegro, an e-commerce giant in Poland. He is an expert who received an award, Allegro Tech Hero 2019. He had been there for ten years and was positioned as a senior software engineer, team leader, platform architect, and team manager in the marketplace company.

 

The Role of a CPTO for a Broker Company

XTB understands that technology's development is crucial and should be caught up to maintain its existence. Therefore, it will focus on innovative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. Dubiel will manage over 400 specialists in software engineering, IT infrastructure management, product management, UX, data analysis, and Data Science of XTB.

A Chief Technology and Product Officer (CPTO) manages an organization's technology and product requirements, opportunities, and challenges. This position has gained importance due to the evolving nature of leadership roles in top companies and the growing integration between technology and product functions within enterprises.

As XTB strives to enhance its technology and investment platforms, Dubiel's track record of accomplishments positions him as an invaluable asset in spearheading the company's fintech development initiatives.

The Technology Division constitutes approximately 40% of the firm's workforce. In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the strategic importance of technology in organizations, leading to the creation of positions such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on top management teams.
