Swissquote expanded its list of new tokens on the crypto exchange SQX with the release of Gala, an NFT crypto asset on Gala Games.
Swiss banking group specializing in financial services and online trading, Swissquote, added Gala Token, the Gala Games crypto asset, to its line of crypto instruments to strengthen its token reach on the crypto exchange platform SQX.
Gala Games is a blockchain gaming platform that integrates NFT and crypto technologies into an ecosystem of various games. Gala Games aims to reintroduce the concept of creative thinking into popular games with blockchain technology. Since its initial launch in 2019, the platform has registered more than 1.3 million monthly active users.
Various types of accessories in this game, including magic swords and powers, can exclusively belong to active gamers on the platform, easily exchanged with fellow gamers using Gala tokens, and traded as NFTs. This token will be patched into the Gala Games platform, allowing gamers to gift future games funded or developed by the platform.
This latest addition comes after, in October 2022, Swissquote expanded its offering by introducing its own SQX crypto exchange. This exchange enhances the customer experience resulting in a customer experience in trading areas, execution, and liquidity.
