Chief Information Officer Ryan Leonard Leaves FXCM - FXCM Broker News

FXCM Chief Information Officer, Ryan Leonard, departed from his position to start his professional career and a new independent IT/InfoSec consulting business.

Ryan Leonard retired from his post as CIO (Chief Information Officer) FXCM in December 2022, one of the leading retail forex and CFD brokers, part of Jefferies Financial (NYSE: JEF).

"Special shout out to Eduard Yusupov, Drew Niv, David Sakhai, and William Ahdout for originally entrusting a 20-something-year-old nerd with a whole bunch of responsibility; and Brandon Palmer for being the unsung mentor and OG," Leonard posted on his social media account.

With Leonard, Seth Lyons, Production Engineering Director FXCM since 2011, who is also responsible for information security at FXCM and has been with the broker for more than 12 years, will start a joint venture with consulting company, a New independent IT/InfoSec.

According to Leonard, "This has been much more than a job; marriages, kids, lifelong friends, and rapidly approaching half our lives have been with FXCM."

Leonard's Career 

According to a biography on his social media accounts, Leonard graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2005 with a Bachelor of Network and Systems Administration degree. He started his original professional working career only at FXCM, which he joined in 2005. Before joining FXCM, he worked as Information Security Officer at Dandy Connections, Inc for eight months. He also worked as a system administrator, network engineer, and programmer in several small companies.

They never accept my account and when I ask for my deposit back was completely ignored had to file a dispute with my bank. Stay away scammer brokerage.

First, the price is far, very far from the real price and that's making everything false. Also, this broker is very very slow when it comes to support. They're only good when it comes to deposit funds and after that you get no support.Deposits are half of the time rejected for no reasons.Very bad experience, wouldn't recommend it.
