Having problems with FBS?

FBS can't be consistent and it's driving me crazy. Storytime, I made some small profit recently, and just like any other people I want to withdraw it. So I submitted a withdrawal request of $44, which is not a lot but it's my money. I can do what I want with it. But FBS said that I can only withdraw $39, which is odd but I comply and the process is excruciatingly long and slow. It's like they keeping it for some reason, it's really annoying. Then, recently I have been trying to withdraw $5 from my account again, but they said I need to withdraw a minimum amount of 13.97$. I don't get how they operate things.

How long does a withdrawal take with FBS? I just place a withdrawal request and it's been more than a day since I did it but I haven't got any update about it. I also didn't receive any money at all until today. Is this something I should be worried about? or does FBS take a long time to withdraw money? This is my first time withdrawing with this broker and also my first trade as well so I really don't know.

Does withdrawal in FBS take a long time? Because I submitted a withdrawal request about a week ago and I haven't got any update regarding it. I did another withdrawal request it's been 9 hours but it's still pending where FBS says it takes only 15-20 min for withdrawal. I have asked the customer service but it feels like I'm talking to a robot and it's useless. Same answers for some issues. They don't understand that every issue is different. So I mailed them but still no response it's been several hours.

FBS is actually a good broker with good trading conditions. I have been with them for a year now so I can finally give my verdict. I would give them a 5-star review if it wasn't for this one thing. I really don't understand why they do not have a bank wire transfer yet? I mean they are a professional broker that has been around for years and has more than 12 million traders. Even smaller broker has more choices on deposit and withdrawal methods. The problems is E-wallets are bad neteller and skrill works really bad with my bank account. It sucks.

I had the best experience trading with FBS, they have the best service and the best trading platform I have ever used. I have been trading with them for about 2 years I think and so far I have no problems with them. Even if there is something wrong, their customer support is always ready to help me fix the problems anytime I need. Sadly, I am moving to a new country soon and I found out that they banned FBS there. Not sure what the problem is but that is really sad for me. They banned my account because of my new country but then they helped me to recover and withdraw.
