Saxo Bank introduces new tab menu that can help clients access more features on the trading platform that resembles the desktop version.

Online broker Saxo Bank added a new menu to SaxoTraderGO to make the platform more intuitive by upgrading and grouping all self-service functions under menus. It has replaced the previous menu which was in the top right corner on the desktop and the bottom right corner on the mobile app. The features accessible under the new menu include:

  • Settings (including platform settings, subscribe to market data and others)
  • Your account
  • Deposits and transfers
  • Account activity and reports

Several sections currently under the "Account" tab will now be accessible in the menu:

  • Saxo Rewards
  • Historical reports
  • Deposits and transfers
  • Add bank account for withdrawal
  • Other
  • Subscriptions
  • Activity log
  • Add new currency account
  • Close your account
  • Upcoming margin and collateral changes
  • Options closeout report
  • Application access
  • Personal details
  • Update account details
  • Open API data access
  • Complaints

On mobile, clients can access apps that are more in sync with the desktop, thanks to the Help Center, communications (inbox and notifications), and insights as icons on the menu page.

Previous Upgrades

Earlier this year, SaxoTraderGO replaced the calendar feature with a new module that allows clients to filter events by time period, country, and event types such as macro, earnings, or dividends.

Other improvements to the calendar module include a keyword search function and future time range improvements. Lastly, the Danish investment bank has also updated the module with detailed screens so that clients can add upcoming events to their personal calendars.
