Trading Accounts Problems

One moment I was very depressed and I was thinking about giving up trading. Because I was not able to fund or withdraw money from my account because of banks. And I have been constantly saying that for Olymp Trade we need ways to fund and get money back. it is way better than other brokers but sometimes there can be coincidences that not letting us use available methods!

Not going to lie, I am actually impressed by the number of distinctive features and the variety of conditions the broker is trying to provide. I am sure the professional traders who know a lot about this stuff are happy with them.

But I don't even understand what I do between those live accounts, stp and ecn stuff. I feel sorta confused and overwhelmed by the complexity.

One would assume that this place was a secure haven, given the impression of a safe space they created. Unfortunately, that's far from the truth. While my portfolio initially flourished, I gradually noticed funds mysteriously vanishing from my account without my consent. My attempts to draw attention to this issue proved fruitless. As time elapsed, I decided to retire and my account independently, only to be met with an alarming realization—I no longer had access to my account, leaving me utterly stunned by the ongoing situation.

It's disheartening to experience 16 days since the withdrawal was approved without receiving my USDT. I've been reaching out to the support team through multiple tickets, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response in the past two weeks. It's quite frustrating not knowing what's going on. Overall, everything else seems fine, but the customer service aspect is definitely a downside. I hope Triumph takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to its customer service in the future. If they can resolve my problem and ensure I receive my USDT, I'll be more than willing to update my rating accordingly.

I have been trading with Triumph FX for about one years and the test flight has been normal. I do not recommend using Standard accounts, as their spreads are higher than average. In addition, when depositing up to $500, you have to pay a commission to banks for each payment. But if you replenish the balance from 500 bucks, then the broker will compensate these costs for you. It is a pity, of course, that the fee charged by the bank for the withdrawal of funds still has to be paid by yourself. It turns out to be expensive, so it would not hurt to add electronic wallets to the available payment systems.

TriumphFX offers a wide of accounts. There are accounts with fixed spreads, which is very rare for forex brokers. Swap-free accounts are also available. But it will be a bit disappointing if you cannot open an Islamic account in a VIP account.

Spreads start from 0.6 pips, with no commission per lot, which is okay. But if you want to copy trade, you cannot use a swap-free account. TriumphFX also offers quite favorable conditions that are suitable for me

Good website, easy registration, faster account verification, and good offers too. It has negative balance protection high quality of trade execution and a minimum spread of 1.2. But the minimum deposit is $100, which is not suitable for beginners. But the real problem is that when you withdraw, it will take a long time to receive your money. So I give 3 out of 5. I think it has many advantages when it comes to trading but one disadvantage is slow withdrawal

So, I have questions and this is a little bit embarrassing for me. I had an account in TriumphFX, but because I got very busy moving last month I hadn't opened it at all. Now I forgot my MT4 account password. Is it possible to reset it? Will I lose all of my data? I have asked the customer service team but it seems like they got very busy. I haven't got an answer at all from last week, so I decided to ask in another forum.

I am so furious right now! I don't understand why do they my account for no apparent reason??? I am currently trading, actively trading mind you. I went for a few days only to find out that my account has disappear overnight! Sure I might not have a lot of equity in my trading account, but there is still one position open because I was trading long-term. I call customer service but they haven't given me any answer. I have to say that this is really ruined my trust for them.
