Low-cost MetaTrader broker, OctaFX, adds CFD assets to stocks by offering 150 individual shares of the world's largest companies. The 150 new assets listed on the 16 stock exchanges complement OctaFX's line of trading instruments, including 80 existing CFD instruments, such as forex, commodities, stock indices, and cryptocurrencies.

Several well-known names are included in the OctaFX stock list, namely Apple, Tesla, BMW, Airbus, and Amazon, as well as other large companies from the US, Japan, Singapore, the UK, Europe, and Australia. In addition, the CySEC-regulated broker provides leverage for stock CFDs of 1:20 and will not charge commissions for trading or holding leveraged positions overnight. In exchange, the broker will pay dividends to traders with open stock orders.

"It is an important move for us as a broker. With growing interest in the stock market and its major opportunities for portfolio diversification, we simply had to add this wide range of instruments to our CFD offering. With the impact stock prices have on the world economy and their strong connection to political and economic events, this also opens up room for broader fundamental analysis and trading decisions—both short and long—based off of it," the OctaFX press office commented.

To celebrate the stock trading launch promotion campaign, the broker randomly s fifteen traders from the stock trades before December 1st and gives them a prize of $10,000. Winners will be announced on the OctaFX YouTube channel on December 6.
