BDSwiss Group continues their charity program by giving donation to Elpida Foundation for Children with Cancer and Leukemia, a foundation from Cyprus that provides psychological and financial support to children cancer patients and their families.
From deadly pandemic, racism, Australian bushfire to an explosion in Beirut, the year 2020 was certainly touted as the worst year of the 21st century. Those miserable events have encouraged BDSwiss' passion for sharing the goodness and importance of donating.
Elpida Receives Large Donation From BDSwiss
With more than a million client accounts worldwide, the broker has build trust across cultures with their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program. As in the previous year, BDSwiss has implemented a number of CSR initiatives, in support of major global humanitarian NGOs. They have collaborated with ICRC (Lebanese and Italian Red Cross), Solidary Albania, the European Network Against Racism (ENAR), and Australia’s NSW, just to name a few.
Just last December, BDSwiss Group chose to end 2020 with another charitable donation to Elpida, a foundation based in Cyprus dedicated to helping children cope with cancer. Elpida also has been actively covering the training expenses for doctors and nurses, as well as purchasing any medical equipment needed.
The donation, which comes just a few days ahead of the holiday season, aims to support the foundation in providing financial and psychological assistance to children under cancer treatment and their families, as well as securing free accommodation for the families of hospitalized children.
