I deposited $89 into my account and bought Tesla with a stop loss. Surprisingly, I was charged a $30 commission, and my balance now displays only $45. I'm completely baffled by how they calculated this commission, and I have no idea where the remaining $14 went.
The customer service experience has been dreadful, with them providing only standard scripted responses. They haven't offered any explanation, and it's been two days with no resolution in sight.
