Ashley Jessen, Chief Operating Officer at ACY Securities said it was a great honor to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Salvation Army in NSW. This is a form of recognition of their ongoing support to help make a positive impact on local communities.

"ACY is deeply grateful for the tireless work the Salvation Army has done and continues to do, touching the lives of many people in Australia and overseas," he said.

At the event attended by 350 guests, Jessen also remembered friends of his family in Broadwater near Woodburn whose homes were flooded to the second floor along the Richmond River (Northern NSW). The support of family, friends, and Salvo helped them find hope as they had to rebuild their homes and lives.

"Sitting in the backyards of friends of the family, to see the devastation brought about by the floods, was truly eye-opening, and the testimony of Salvos who was on the ground helping everyone in need during the recent NSW floods," added Jessen.

After that, Miriam Gluyas, Division Commander for the Salvation Army in NSW, presented a Certificate of Appreciation at the 2022 Annual Gala of the Australian China United Business Association Federation Salvation Army Sydney Charity Dinner.

At the same time, Co-founder and Chief Risk Officer of ACY Securities, Winson Cao, received the same thanks from Miriam Gluyas, Deputy Mayor of Brendon Zhu, The Hon. Dr. Helen Sham-Ho, Councilor Nancy Liu, Councilor Nathan Tilbury, and numerous other dignitaries, for their ongoing donations to their charities.

The show then ended with Mr. Cao joining the VIPs on stage to sing his version of 'Tomorrow will be Better,' to inspire all towards a better future.
