Mariliza Karrera was appointed as Head of Marketing M4Markets after spending two years with the company.
Contracts for difference (CFD) broker operating under the Seychelles license, M4Markets, appointed Marilliza Karrera to the position of Head of Marketing. She has a career experience in marketing for 7 years.
Karrera joined M4Markets in November 2020 after spending more than two and a half years at London-based broker Tickmill. At Tickmill, Karrera first worked as a Marketing Officer and was later promoted to Marketing Executive.
Karrera announced her new role at M4Markets via her LinkedIn account, thanking Marilena Iakovou, Group Chief Marketing Officer of M4Markets for trusting her to take on this new assignment.
Karrera, who turned from a teaching professional, started her marketing career in June 2015 at the Marketing Department of DeltaQuest Group, a global consulting firm based in Cyprus. Prior to joining Tickmill in May 2018, Karrera worked as a Content Writer at PrimeXM, a Cyprus-based financial technology provider.

Karrera's promotion comes months after Themis Christou resigned from M4Markets who served for almost two years as Group Head of Marketing.
Earlier this year, the forex and CFD broker also sought to strengthen its presence in Africa by hiring David Alagbada, who has experience in the African forex industry, as Regional Head for Africa.
