The staff is really good and reassuring. I know that a lot of people say that customer service being good is nothing to be praised, but this doesn't happen a lot these days. Also, for me, it's a sign that the broker actually cares about our comfort. The story is, I was having some trouble with my account where I keep getting logged out. The team was very nice and quickly fix my problems. The second time, I notice that there was a server error that makes it hard for me to place an entry. They quickly fixed this and make sure that it will not happened again.
