I use them a few years back and they were very good at the time. I left to try another broker, but I decided to return a few months ago only to find out that they have changed a lot. Sadly, not for the better. You see, I had some problems regarding server delays that keep happening, obviously, this is annoying me. So, I did what every good trader would do, protesting to the customer service. To my surprise, they didn't seem to understand anything I'm talking about. They can't even answer a simple question and with 1 time put me on hold with no answer for 15 minutes during live chat.
