I am very disappointed with how they handle my order. The story was, I place an order in EUR/USD pair with pending order where I put stop loss & take profit (I always care about these things, I never forget). However, once my order fills the stop loss is removed, causing me to lose more than 25% of my account. Naturally, I contacted them, but they said I didn't have a stop loss! What an absolute lie! I never forget about these things. They were very adamant so I decided to quit and leave this broker. Never again!

Also, these tools were previously not available on MT4, each one listed will provide some information about what they can do for you
