FBS suddenly closed my account for no reason at all. This happened while I am still very much active in my trading account. When I ask them what happened through the customer service, they tell me that it was because they no longer support that particular service in my country. I understand that, but it would be nice if they give me a heads up. The problem is, I still got some money in my account! Now there is no way I can get that money back. They should have given me some way to get my money or something.

I trade XAU/USD on cent account. I'm still confused about the calculation of the per-pip value for cent accounts. (Leverage 1:500). Please help, thank you.
