My deposits are consistently rejected and fail to go through. I'm using USDT TRC20 for deposits, and it's frustrating to wait 24 hours for approval. Other brokers usually credit funds within 5 minutes, so this is baffling. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, and it's disappointing that no action has been taken to address it.

I've had an unfortunate experience with FBS where they have held onto $70,556 of my funds and have refused to refund them. Their behavior as a brokerage firm has been extremely disappointing, and it seems like they lack any sense of concern.

In my 13 years of trading, I've never come across a brokerage firm as absurd and distasteful as FBS. Due to their apparent disregard for their clients, I cannot in good conscience recommend FBS to anyone.

To voice my dissatisfaction with their services, I've taken the voluntary step of sharing my experience on Trustpilot. Fortunately, I was able to recover my funds through Aldwy chsecurities, a more reliable option that eventually provided me with the rightful compensation I deserved.

The range of account types is impressive, and there are actually more options available than what you see on the official website. Once you register, you'll discover an even wider ion to choose from. However, it's a bit disappointing that most of the payment methods come with withdrawal commissions. This pushed me to opt for cryptocurrencies as my preferred choice.

So laggy in withdrawing cash. We can deposit so speedy however whilst comes to withdrawing it's by far very slow. I await three days and my cash didn't arrive in my bank account! After five days, I decide to terrorize its customer service. After that, my money was transferred, withdrawing is completed. I give you 1 star because that is 1 star from your customer service. If your CS did not have a good response, I probably will give you zero stars!

FBS withdrawal is the quickest and simplest to do! Within 1 day my money arrived safely in my bank account, but once in a while, it took four days to get transferred. If you need to withdraw speedily, simply keep away from Saturday and Sunday. My suggestion is to withdraw it on an operating day from Monday to Thursday. Friday? Sometimes fast but once in a while sluggish at withdrawing. Thank you, FBS!

As far as FBS has to offer so many good features. Fast deposit, fast withdrawal, multiple accounts you can choose from micro into pro, it has a demo account and can deposit as little as $1. It is very user-friendly for an amateur like me.

What makes me a little bit disappointed is for once the market is very volatile and my current stop loss is not working well. It gets 100 pips different from the initial stop loss.

So I tried to contact customer service and luckily they responded very well and explained the current situation and its risk in an inevitable volatile market. Yeah, that was slippage and actually, I rarely have experienced slippage with FBS so I don't know if it can happen. I hope FBS can educate or inform novice traders like me whenever they open new accounts that slippage can happen in the market.

My profit withdrawals have been rejected several times and your reason is that I can't use my previous bank account because it has "expired". I don't understand what they mean about "expired" so I go to live chat. FBS Customer Service keeps asking me to withdraw with another bank account yet it is still rejected. I have emailed service support but I receive the same response. And last time, thankfully my money was being transferred. it is so hard to withdraw and so headache for me. FBS just likes to complicate things.

I want to say a GOOD JOB to FBS for giving me one of the worst experiences in trading EVER. To those who concern, here is my story: I open a 'promotional account with this broker. I deposited $100 and managed to grow it into $111, I think I did a pretty good job if can say so myself. HOWEVER, when I try to withdraw they started showing their true colors. Instead of just giving me MY profit, they keep holding it and giving me some fishy explanations. Sure maybe it's not a huge amount of money in terms of trading. But it's MY money, why can't I have it????

I don't understand why FBS keeps declining my bank card. This is absurd because this broker happily accept my deposit which I did from that very same bank account (shocking!).

I don't see a problem with this. I can't get my profit if this keeps happening. Maybe there are other methods I should try? Preferably one with no withdrawal fees.

Actually, PayPal can be an amazing option but they have taxes and it can deprive me of my own money.

Overall it is a very good broker for beginners or for people who generally love simplicity. It offers a great learning experience and analytics training module. It also has one of the best execution speeds which I am very satisfied with! I would love to give them 5 stars, but there are several things that I wish they have.

1. Wire transfer posibility.
2. ETF products.

If they have these two features, FBS would be even better than any other broker in its class.
