I've had an unfortunate experience with FBS where they have held onto $70,556 of my funds and have refused to refund them. Their behavior as a brokerage firm has been extremely disappointing, and it seems like they lack any sense of concern.

In my 13 years of trading, I've never come across a brokerage firm as absurd and distasteful as FBS. Due to their apparent disregard for their clients, I cannot in good conscience recommend FBS to anyone.

To voice my dissatisfaction with their services, I've taken the voluntary step of sharing my experience on Trustpilot. Fortunately, I was able to recover my funds through Aldwy chsecurities, a more reliable option that eventually provided me with the rightful compensation I deserved.

So laggy in withdrawing cash. We can deposit so speedy however whilst comes to withdrawing it's by far very slow. I await three days and my cash didn't arrive in my bank account! After five days, I decide to terrorize its customer service. After that, my money was transferred, withdrawing is completed. I give you 1 star because that is 1 star from your customer service. If your CS did not have a good response, I probably will give you zero stars!

Their copy trading platform pissed me off. So I just started trying out these features. I topped up my account with $3.875 to start with. I started looking for the best trader on the platform. I checked that they only trade with currencies, not cryptos. So on the weekend, the trades should be closed or pending. But, when I start copying, it immediately started with minus profit. Luckily, I quickly realized this, and I decided to close my position. with a loss of 125$ right within the weekend and contacted the support center. But I didn't get the answer I need.

Does withdrawal in FBS take a long time? Because I submitted a withdrawal request about a week ago and I haven't got any update regarding it. I did another withdrawal request it's been 9 hours but it's still pending where FBS says it takes only 15-20 min for withdrawal. I have asked the customer service but it feels like I'm talking to a robot and it's useless. Same answers for some issues. They don't understand that every issue is different. So I mailed them but still no response it's been several hours.

FBS suddenly closed my account for no reason at all. This happened while I am still very much active in my trading account. When I ask them what happened through the customer service, they tell me that it was because they no longer support that particular service in my country. I understand that, but it would be nice if they give me a heads up. The problem is, I still got some money in my account! Now there is no way I can get that money back. They should have given me some way to get my money or something.

I had the best experience trading with FBS, they have the best service and the best trading platform I have ever used. I have been trading with them for about 2 years I think and so far I have no problems with them. Even if there is something wrong, their customer support is always ready to help me fix the problems anytime I need. Sadly, I am moving to a new country soon and I found out that they banned FBS there. Not sure what the problem is but that is really sad for me. They banned my account because of my new country but then they helped me to recover and withdraw.

Did they place a stop hunt on your positions? I had the price of GBP/NZD at 1.92700 and they stopped it at 1.92900. I find it odd since I remember that I place a stop loss around 1.9700. But this isn't the first time such a thing happened to my account. Before I open a position in the GBP/JPY. But they closed it 15 pips after my stop-loss price. I don't know if I should contact their customer service or should I try it again? It could very well be my own mistake, but I don't want to be gaslight. Just wondering if anyone had the same thing happen?
